Yes I totally agree - life IS good.
It has always been good. I often just refuse to see it. Maybe it's the need for attention that makes me say that life sucks big time; that nothing goes my way. Whining has never done anything good for me.
How did I get a revelation about life really being good? Yesterday, when it got all windy and chilly and rainy outside, I once again decided to take one of my walks. Despite the rain and wind I went up the hill to the spot that gives me the best overview of where my dream home's gonna be one day (not in a very far future I do hope). So there I was sat on the wet grass with Boy by my side. And guess what - I felt happy! Truely happy!
I thought about things and people that I have in my life and you know, I wouldn't have it any other way. The fact that for 2-3 weeks I had to survive with only 10 EEKs in my pocket didn't even bother me that much. I realised that you really can be happy while being poor.
Today 2 great things happened: I was offered an amazing price for the airline tickets I really badly want AND I took an extra job for a month. With this job I will make my dream more reachable and besides I can help out those in need. I could never say "no" to that, now can I? =)
Well, anyway as I said before: Life is good!!! Go and enjoy it! Take everything you can from it and you'll be happy even though you may not be rich. But then again - what is richness anyway =)
